🚀 What this role really is

This is not a generic “graphic designer” role.

You will create fashion graphics, placements, motifs, and visual assets for garments—bringing concepts into reality.

You will work closely with the founder and fashion curator to turn ideas and concepts into artwork/production-ready graphics for menswear.

This role sits at the intersection of fashion + graphic design + technology.

🎯 What you will ownFashion Graphics & Placements:

• Create garment graphics, placement prints, motifs
• Develop embroidery artwork, vinyl cutouts, embellishment concepts
• Translate references and moodboards into wearable graphics
• Strong grip over color exactness from software / screen to the actual garment

Software & Creative Execution:

• Be highly skilled in graphic design software
• Create clean, production-ready files
• Work fast across multiple fashion directions

Embroidery & Production Adaptation:

• Create embroidery motifs and placements
• Learn and adapt to embroidery software, if required
• Ensure graphics are feasible for production

AI & Learning Mindset:

• Use AI tools where possible for faster ideation
• Continuously improve creative quality and speed
• Stay updated with fashion graphic trends

🧠 What we’re looking for

• Strong in graphic design software (mandatory)
• Interest in fashion and menswear would be a plus
• Good understanding of placement prints, embroidery motifs
• Curious learner with strong execution skills
• AI exposure is a plus

💰 Compensation

• Fixed: ₹5–9L
