Head of Marketing Communications - Mexico
Our client is an international online educational BootCamp. They offer intensive courses to help the students get a new profession in tech and find their first job in a new role.
They are looking for a Head of Marketing Communications.
The successful candidate should have proven business results in developing and executing communication strategies for b2c companies with a strong online presence.
You should be able to demonstrate your portfolio and results in the areas of customer research, brand strategy, reputation, PR, and content marketing.
What you will do:
You will lead all our communications streams: brand, reputation & PR, community & events, and social media, with a team of 3 direct reports.
Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that supports our global positioning and meets local product market fit. Design and conduct research that helps to define our target audience, and develop and test the strategy.
Define PR & Reputation, Community & Events strategy, with a clear understanding of business goals and ways to measure business impact. Set up regular processes to ensure your team achieves business and project goals.
Develop and set up a central content strategy and planning for social media, CRM marketing, events, and more, to align all communications and resources.
Scale social media as a lead generation channel, maintaining its share among other channels while growing x3 in absolute numbers.
Research, prioritize, and evaluate your work by business results and ROI, meaning you have a deep understanding of brand, marketing and business analytics. Re-iterate fast.
