Currently looking for a Java Developer to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs using Java 11 and above, ensuring high

performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Build and enhance microservices-based architectures leveraging Spring Boot.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, DevOps, and product managers, to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Integrate backend services with user interfaces built in React, supporting seamless application experiences.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and HCLTech’s quality standards.

• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to optimize application performance and address technical challenges.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure HCLTech remains at the forefront of technology innovation.

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer or Backend Developer, with proficiency in Java 11 and above.

• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and hands-on experience with Spring Boot.

• Solid experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating with various data sources.

• Advanced beginner-level proficiency in React for basic UI integration and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with software development lifecycle, version control (e.g., Git), and agile methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kotlin is a strong plus.

• Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is desirable.

• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines is advantageous.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
