The Role

What You'll Need

• Proven track record in delivering world-class, customer-centered large-scale digital products and services across responsive web and native applications.

• Experience leading design teams across multiple workloads and complex initiatives.

• Expert-level Figma skills, including scalable templates, advanced prototyping, and large-scale component library management.

• Mastery in accessibility, user research methods, and analytics tools (e.g., Usertesting, Adobe Analytics) to improve user journeys.

• Strong storytelling, stakeholder influence, and resilience in fast-paced, evolving environments.

• A portfolio showcasing your experience in people development, scalable UCD methods, strategic influence, and producing world-class digital experiences.
