User Experience Designer

🎨 UX Designer – £45k–£55k | London | Remote/Hybrid

We are looking for a UX Designer to help deliver meaningful, user-centered digital experiences for public sector clients. If you’re passionate about research-driven design, accessibility, and creating intuitive solutions, this could be your next opportunity.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover pain points and opportunities

• Analyse findings and create actionable artefacts (personas, user journeys, service blueprints)

• Design and iterate wireframes and interactive prototypes

• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, technical teams, and product owners

• Ensure inclusive design adhering to WCAG 2.2 and accessibility standards

• Advocate for user-centered design and mentor colleagues

Skills & Experience:

• Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, Balsamiq; experience with research tools like Dovetail and Mural

• Understanding of Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Google Analytics (desirable)

• Experience with GDS standards (desirable)
