This is a unique chance to act as the operational engine behind a major personal brand. You will take full ownership of the digital presence across YouTube, X, and Instagram, turning high-level strategy into a seamless content machine using advanced scheduling tools and performance data.

The Role

• Own and manage the 360-degree content calendar across Instagram, Threads, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
• Act as the central hub between the founder and a production team of video editors, designers, and copywriters.
• Repurpose long-form podcasts and video content into viral short-form assets for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok.
• Execute platform-specific optimisation, ensuring every post is primed for algorithm success and engagement.
• Monitor real-time performance metrics and deliver weekly insight reports to pivot strategy based on data.

What You'll Need

• Significant experience managing high-volume, high-authority social media accounts (Personal Brand experience is a huge plus).
• Expert-level knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, X, and Threads ecosystem and native analytics tools.
• Proven ability to manage content production workflows and coordinate with creative teams using tools like Notion, Trello, or Asana.
• A strong "operational mindset" with the ability to manage complex scheduling and publishing across multiple time zones.
• A genuine passion for the creator economy, entrepreneurship, and digital storytelling.
