The Role

• Develop and execute organic social media strategies across multiple brand channels.

• Serve as the primary social media lead for one brand while supporting initiatives across others.

• Own the organic social content calendar from planning through publishing, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

• Create platform-native content strategies, original creative concepts, and compelling social storytelling.

• Write engaging social-first copy for captions, scripts, and community responses.

• Build and nurture online communities through active social listening and trend monitoring.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience in organic social media management for consumer, lifestyle, beauty, wellness, or CPG brands.

• Proven experience developing and executing social-first content strategies, particularly for Instagram and TikTok.

• Exceptional social copywriting and storytelling skills with a knack for translating brand messaging into engaging content.

• Strong creative instincts and brand judgment, with the ability to create culturally relevant and premium content.

• Experience leading cross-functional campaigns and collaborating with various marketing teams.

• Demonstrated ability to manage creator relationships, content productions, and campaign budgets.
