The Role
- Lead a cross-functional team of hardware and software engineers through the full software development life cycle (SDLC) for high-performance control systems.
- Design, develop, and optimize critical firmware and software for execution on Bare-Metal processors and Embedded Linux/RTOS platforms.
- Drive innovation by researching and defining requirements for next-generation automated systems.
- Ensure system reliability through rigorous testing and optimization of high-precision control algorithms.
- Collaborate directly with hardware teams to interpret schematics and ensure seamless hardware-software integration.
What You'll Need
- Extensive professional experience in Firmware development using High-Performance C and C++.
- Deep expertise with Bare-Metal development and Embedded Linux or RTOS (Real-Time Operating Systems) environments.
- Strong technical proficiency in communication protocols including TCP/UDP, SPI, I2C, CAN bus, and RS232.
- Hands-on experience with ARM Cortex platforms and a solid understanding of electronics schematics.
- Familiarity with modern embedded trends such as Embedded Security or prototyping languages like Rust, Python, or C#.
