Data Science Manager

As the Data Science Manager, you will lead the charge in building sophisticated predictive models and AI-driven workflows using Python, R, and Snowflake. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will bridge the gap between complex statistical modeling and executive-level strategy to drive measurable business value across a massive national portfolio.
The Role
• Lead the design and deployment of advanced statistical models, time-series forecasting frameworks, and predictive analytics solutions to solve high-stakes real estate challenges.
• Architect and manage advanced analytics workflows within Snowflake and cloud environments, utilizing SQL, Python, and R for deep-dive experimentation and automation.
• Spearhead the adoption of Generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude into the analytical lifecycle to accelerate insight generation and workflow efficiency.
• Partner directly with executive leadership to translate complex data science outputs into clear, actionable business recommendations and high-level Power BI dashboards.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of analysts, establishing technical standards and best practices for model validation and reproducibility.
What You'll Need
• 7+ years of experience in Data Science or Advanced Analytics, with a strong preference for backgrounds in Real Estate Investment, Fintech, or Asset Management.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity, with a track record of leveling up technical teams.
• Technical mastery of SQL, Python, and R, along with hands-on experience in cloud data platforms like Snowflake and notebook environments like Hex.
• Deep expertise in predictive modeling, regression analysis, and building executive-facing data products in Power BI.
• Exceptional business acumen and the ability to navigate ambiguous problems to deliver high-quality, documented analytical solutions.
