The Role
- Shape and deliver CRM and email communications across multiple customer touchpoints
- Build and execute high-performing email campaigns, newsletters, nurture journeys, and automated communications
- Create visually engaging and professional email content aligned to brand standards
- Develop and optimise CRM automations, segmentation strategies, and customer journeys
- Manage web forms, CRM integrations, and data capture processes
- Analyse campaign performance and use insights to improve engagement, conversion, and deliverability
What You'll Need
- Proven experience within CRM, email marketing, or marketing automation roles
- Strong hands-on experience building customer journeys, workflows, and automated campaigns
- Experience with platforms such as ClickDimensions, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, Dotdigital, Klaviyo, or similar
- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalisation, deliverability, and optimisation
- Confident creating polished email campaigns with a good eye for design and layout
- Strong copywriting skills across email and short-form campaign content
