Senior AI Full Stack Engineer

The Role

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using various platforms (Claude, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Azure AI Services).
• Partner directly with business stakeholders to define problems, validate workflows, rapidly prototype solutions, and convert concepts into production capabilities.
• Build RAG solutions, prompt frameworks, AI workflows, and autonomous/agentic systems with human-in-the-loop controls.
• Develop full stack applications using React, TypeScript, Python, C#, Java, Node.js, and .NET.
• Design REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, and Power BI.

What You'll Need

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience developing enterprise-scale applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying applications using Java, Node.js, C#, Python, or comparable backend technologies.
• Experience developing modern front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience developing cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
