Senior AI Engineer

We're working with a global finance technology consultancy that partners with leading investment banks and financial services organisations to deliver cutting-edge solutions. They are seeking a talented Senior AI Engineer to join their innovative team.

The Role

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions, specifically leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Implement and manage MLOps practices to ensure efficient and scalable AI model deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into financial technology products.
• Drive the full lifecycle of AI projects, from research and prototyping to production deployment.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the AI engineering team.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and LLM technologies.

What You'll Need

• Strong experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on AI and machine learning.
• Proven expertise in developing and deploying solutions using Python.
• In-depth understanding and practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Solid background in MLOps principles and practices.
• Experience with agentic coding is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
