The Role
• Lead program management efforts for new impactful products focused on employee engagement.
• Manage complex, cross-functional technical programs from initial ideation through to successful delivery.
• Create transparency and predictability through robust roadmaps, planning, and partner management.
• Drive the delivery schedule, manage emergent tasks, mitigate risks, and eliminate blockers.
• Participate in architectural decisions, surface and address technical risks, and drive complex integrations.
• Contribute to setting and embodying a high-performance team culture aligned with leadership principles.
What You'll Need
• Proven experience in technical product or program management.
• Experience working directly with engineering teams and understanding software development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional programs and release schedules.
• Strong business judgment, customer-obsession, and a track record of delivering results.
• Experience thriving in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and defining KPIs/SLAs.
• Ability to write strategic documents and influence senior stakeholders.
