The Role

• Calculate and manage technical, implementation, and risk aspects of projects.

• Oversee all project resources, including internal teams and customer teams.

• Build, maintain, and manage detailed project plans according to field consulting standards.

• Collaborate closely with the PMO for tracking and controlling project activities and tasks.

• Mentor project members, educating and assisting them with project management processes.

• Anticipate project deviations, proactively developing corrective actions and identifying critical risks.

What You'll Need

• In-depth understanding of the SAP Activate Methodology.

• Strong knowledge of SAP usage within project lifecycles.

• Ability to steer project members, build consensus, make decisions, and solve problems under pressure.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and motivate others.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Professional working proficiency in English and preferably German.
