Product Owner

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Lead an agile development team following Agile Product Ownership principles
• Manage ticket and backlog, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
• Collaborate with Product Manager and Business Analyst to prepare requirements and concepts based on User-Centered Design
• Develop clear user stories for development projects
• Work closely with developers and software architects to create innovative solutions

What You'll Need

• Several years of outstanding professional experience as a Product Owner, ideally in Health Data, digital health solutions, or health IT
• Proven experience in developing user-centric products
• Completed university degree, preferably in Business Informatics, Health Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Comprehensive knowledge of data management, data protection, and relevant regulatory requirements
• Knowledge and proven experience with agile methodologies, moderation, communication, and teamwork skills
• Passion for creative problem-solving, strong analytical skills, and curiosity; fluent in German and English
