The Role
• Lead the design and delivery of guest identity, engagement, and rewards capabilities across Point-of-Sale (POS) platforms.
• Define and manage the roadmap for stored value and loyalty integrations.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories, identifying opportunities to improve guest engagement and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage projects end-to-end, driving timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, leading workshops and guiding solution design and implementation strategy.
• Own relationships with external partners and vendors, aligning on roadmap, enhancements, and performance expectations.
What You'll Need
• 3-5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar role.
• Experience with POS systems, loyalty, or stored value platforms.
• Strong track record of managing complex system integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in a client-facing capacity.
