The Role
• Lead foundational research to deeply understand seller needs, motivations, and pain points.
• Design and execute rigorous qualitative and quantitative research to uncover key insights.
• Develop seller personas, journey maps, and opportunity landscapes.
• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for product roadmaps and business priorities.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing leaders to integrate seller insights.
• Present compelling, data-backed narratives to senior leadership to drive action.
What You'll Need
• 9+ years of professional marketing experience.
• Proven ability to design and lead rigorous qualitative and quantitative research.
• Strong understanding of online community dynamics and engagement drivers.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements and measure impact.
• Capability to influence cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools like Excel or Tableau.
