As a Manager of Product Development, you’ll play a central role in designing, testing, and bringing to market innovative payment and data products that support Mastercard’s mission to build an inclusive, digital economy.

What you’ll do

• Support the end-to-end development of new-to-market products and solutions across Mastercard’s payments and services ecosystem.
• Contribute to idea generation, prototyping, and concept validation, working with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience & Design (CX&D) teams.
• Develop business cases and go-to-market plans for early-stage product initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional workshops, coordinate stakeholders, and drive delivery against tight timelines.
• Partner with R&D teams to translate technical concepts into market-ready offerings.
• Conduct in-market testing of emerging solutions and synthesise insights to shape future product direction.
• Create high-quality collateral and presentations for internal and external stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage multiple projects in a matrixed, fast-paced environment, ensuring alignment across teams.

What you’ll bring

• Proven product development and management experience, ideally within payments, fintech, or emerging technology environments.
• Strong understanding of the commercial payments ecosystem and global payment infrastructure.
• Experience in concept development, business model innovation, and in-market product testing.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with technical teams and translating technical details into business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across organisational boundaries.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and market impact.
• Right to work in the UK without restriction.
