Product Designer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Provide design guidance for an AI transformation team, addressing user needs and aligning with the KBB Design System.

• Ensure high-quality user experiences are delivered.

• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and user flows.

• Present design work to stakeholders and collaborate with development teams for accurate implementation.

• Contribute to design systems, style guides, and UX standards for consistency.

• Stay current with industry trends in AI, UX, and product design.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (HCI, Graphic Design, etc.) with 2+ years of UX/UI/Product Design experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX solutions and problem-solving.

• Experience with end-to-end product design, including research, ideation, prototyping, and post-release validation.

• Proficient in Figma for design, prototyping, and working with design systems.

• Experience using AI-powered tools in the design workflow.

• Proven ability to collaborate with product managers and engineers in an agile environment.

• Experience creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
