The Role
- Manage the complete budget lifecycle including PO creation, vendor onboarding, accrual tracking, and spend optimisation
- Identify budget opportunities and reallocate funds towards high-impact activities
- Create dashboards and reporting for ROI insights and performance trends
- Standardise and document partner marketing workflows across global regions
- Provide operational support and training to help teams execute partner programs independently
- Support the onboarding of new marketing suppliers and the rollout of new tools
What You'll Need
- Strong mathematical and analytical mindset with a passion for spreadsheets and trend analysis
- 2-4 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Partner Marketing, or Business Analysis
- Proficiency with financial management tools like Allocadia or Netsuite and collaborative platforms like Slack
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively across global teams
- Fluent in English
