The Role

• Lead the end-to-end design and execution of integrated marketing strategies that align with ambitious commercial growth goals.
• Manage and mentor the marketing team, providing hands-on guidance and professional development for an apprentice.
• Orchestrate multi-channel B2B campaigns focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and high-quality stakeholder engagement.
• Take full ownership of the digital presence, utilizing tools like ActiveCampaign for automation and Canva/Adobe Premiere Pro for compelling content creation.
• Collaborate directly with senior stakeholders to report on campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to refine future marketing activity.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a proven track record of delivering successful lead generation campaigns.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and inspire a team to reach their full potential.
• Technical proficiency in CRM and marketing automation software (experience with ActiveCampaign is highly desirable).
• Creative flair with hands-on experience in visual content tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva.
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business goals into actionable marketing plans.
