In this versatile role, you will take the reins on B2B marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand awareness. You’ll leverage a mix of content creation, social media management, and CRM optimization using Microsoft Office and professional database tools to fuel a high-performing sales pipeline.

The Role

• Lead multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns including website management, email marketing, and creative content creation to engage key decision-makers.
• Manage and optimize the company CRM system, ensuring data accuracy for targeted outreach and lead distribution to the sales team.
• Develop high-impact client presentation materials and marketing collateral to support the Marketing Director in securing major turn-key projects.
• Monitor and report on marketing KPIs to track the effectiveness of inbound and outbound lead generation activities.
• Act as a brand ambassador, engaging confidently with technical staff and industry executives to convert interest into actionable business leads.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in B2B Marketing or Business Development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding growth KPIs.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hands-on experience managing CRM platforms to drive sales activity.
• Exceptional written English and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for social media and email campaigns.
• A self-motivated, "can-do" attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• A degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field is highly desirable.
