A fast-growing global organisation is looking for a Global Media Lead to drive strategic media performance and deliver measurable business impact across international markets.
You’ll act as the central point of expertise for global media investment — integrating local and offshore agency teams, shaping automation and performance frameworks, and ensuring marketing spend delivers maximum ROI.
This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of media strategy, analytics, and marketing innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Champion media investment effectiveness by demonstrating how paid media drives tangible business outcomes.
- Partner with marketing and data teams to define new KPIs, frameworks, and automation capabilities for campaign analysis.
- Manage relationships with global and offshore media agencies, tracking and analysing performance across all markets.
- Provide expert input into marketing mix modelling and media effectiveness measurement.
- Oversee brand safety, advertising compliance, and industry best practice globally.
- Act as a thought leader on emerging media trends, advising internal teams on adoption and piloting opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in media strategy — ideally within a global agency, consultancy, or large client environment.
- Strong understanding of media performance, platforms, and effectiveness tools (e.g., marketing/media mix models).
- Experience collaborating with offshore agencies and marketing automation partners.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence senior leaders.
- Digital fluency and data literacy — with a performance-driven mindset.
