The Role

• Lead PR & Social category and sourcing strategies to improve value and ROI.
• Implement commercial elements of spend with agencies, ensuring ethical standards and compliance.
• Drive benefits through strong demand management, relationship management, and contract execution.
• Act as a trusted partner to global marketing teams, supporting marketing transformation.
• Build and maintain a strong understanding of agency ecosystem, GenAI innovation, and emerging technologies.
• Provide market intelligence and benchmarks to inform strategy and drive value.

What You'll Need

• Category Management and Subject Matter Expertise in Marketing, Digital, MarTech, and GenAI.
• Essential commercial experience.
• A curious, diligent, and forward-thinking individual keen to develop knowledge in new technologies.
• Confident leading and supporting negotiations on complex deals.
• Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
• Solution-driven and agile to achieve the best business value.
