Marketing Designer

We're hiring for a rapidly growing, well-funded company that is building the retrieval infrastructure layer for modern AI applications. The Role

• Develop and refine internal AI tools and workflows to scale visual direction.

• Design compelling marketing assets for campaigns, social media, blog posts, and presentations.

• Create and update website pages, including marketing and campaign-specific landing pages.

• Design banner ads, social media creatives, and other performance marketing assets.

• Develop engaging graphics and layouts for email campaigns.

• Create visual materials for events and conferences, such as slide decks and booth designs.

• Ensure all marketing visuals align with the brand's visual direction and guidelines.

What You'll Need

• 4-8 years of experience designing marketing assets, websites, or both, ideally in a B2B or tech company.

• Proven daily use of AI creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Claude) with demonstrated impact on projects.

• Strong understanding of design principles, user interaction, and typography, spacing, and color.

• Proficiency in Figma and experience using established design systems.

• Ability to work efficiently, manage multiple projects, and deliver polished work under tight deadlines.

• Proactive and self-directed approach to exploring creative tools and techniques.
