The Opportunity

You’ll own the full software development lifecycle — from concept and architecture through to testing, delivery, and system integration. What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary software team through planning, development, and delivery.
• Oversee software projects end-to-end, ensuring they meet scope, performance, and compliance objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional hardware, systems, and radar specialists to integrate complex components seamlessly.
• Define best practices across software design, testing, and DevOps processes to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and delivery excellence.
• Drive communication across internal stakeholders to ensure technical alignment and project transparency.

What You’ll Bring

• Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven expertise in C or C++, particularly in real-time or embedded systems.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with object-oriented design and modelling languages (UML, SysML, or XML).
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
