Lead Software Engineer

The Role

• Design and implement scalable enterprise integration solutions aligned with architecture standards
• Maintain strong knowledge of technology trends to provide consultative guidance
• Train and mentor team members on new technologies
• Advise on strategies to align developmental projects with long-term business needs
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, and escalations

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Software application development and maintenance OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience
• Experience in designing, configuring, and maintaining Confluent Kafka clusters
• Hands-on experience establishing best practices for Kafka topic design and DevOps automation
• Proficient in Java, Python, or Go
• Experience with cloud-native architecture and integrating with legacy systems
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift)
