ERP Project Manager

We are looking for an ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementations of IFS Cloud and other enterprise solutions, ensuring seamless delivery through expert stakeholder management and precise resource allocation. The Role

• Lead the full project lifecycle for ERP implementations including IFS, Infor, or Dynamics 365, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for project risks and issues, utilizing robust change control mechanisms to maintain delivery integrity.
• Orchestrate skilled consultants and technical resources to maximize project performance across varying tiers of complexity.
• Partner with the PMO team to define rigorous Test Strategies and Plans, ensuring high-quality software deployment and user acceptance.
• Drive regular Steering Committee meetings, delivering data-backed reporting metrics and progress updates to C-suite stakeholders.

What You'll Need

• Proven track record managing multiple end-to-end ERP projects (IFS, Infor M3, Epicor, or Microsoft Dynamics 365) from inception to go-live.
• Deep domain expertise within the Manufacturing industry, understanding the specific challenges of floor-to-finance integration.
• Previous background working within a Consultancy or Business Partner environment, managing external client expectations and billable resource hours.
• Mastery of Project Management methodologies (Prince2, Agile, or PMP) with the ability to adapt frameworks to project scale.
• Exceptional communication skills for managing "fluctuating" project loads, ranging from small-scale upgrades to massive greenfield implementations.
