Data Scientist
Location: Fully Remote (UK-based)
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000
Sitting at the intersection of pharmacy, consumer health, and technology, this company is building a platform that enables remote clinical assessments, digital prescription management, and home delivery services — redefining how patients access care.
As they expand across the UK and internationally, they’re building a data-led foundation for the next phase of growth and are seeking a Data Scientist to help shape the company’s data strategy from the ground up.
What you’ll do
- Build and optimise data pipelines, models, and dashboards to inform decision-making across product, marketing, and operations.
- Develop and deploy analytical models that uncover insights and drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes and business performance.
- Integrate and transform data from GA4, Google Ads, and CRM systems into usable datasets.
- Apply LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.) for analytics and automation use cases.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights that influence strategy and innovation.
- Maintain strong governance, documentation, and quality control within a regulated data environment.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years’ experience in data science or analytics, including ETL from marketing and product data sources.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience with dbt or similar data transformation frameworks, and orchestration tools such as Airflow or Cloud Composer.
- Strong data visualisation experience using Power BI, Looker, or Looker Studio.
- Proven ability to design, test, and deploy analytical models that drive business impact.
- Understanding of regulated or healthcare data environments.
- Bonus: Experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, or reverse-ETL tools.
