Data Analyst

The Role

• Provide innovative and trusted solutions that optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of Land and Air Defense products and services
• Leverage existing and new capabilities within sustainment
• Work with systems, software, and hardware design organizations, engineering cross-product teams, integrated product teams, and chief engineers
• Engage with program directors, program managers, and national/international customers
• Manage highly agile teams (5-10 employees)
• Develop long-term roadmaps for technology development

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of engineering experience
• Experience with Agile development
• Product lead experience
• Experience using program management tools such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar tools
• Demonstrated comprehensive planning skills with the ability to analyze technical and financial data and reports
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance
