We are working with a leading marketing services agency that specializes in creating impactful promotional campaigns for top brands. They are seeking a data-driven individual to join their team and enhance their customer relationship management strategies.

The Role

• Analyze customer and behavioral data to generate customer insights and identify cross-selling and upselling potential.
• Develop data-driven target group segments and scorings as a basis for personalized CRM measures.
• Build and further develop key figure systems (KPIs), data models, dashboards, and reporting structures for transparent decision-making.
• Create analyses, reports, and success evaluations, and derive clear recommendations for action for the implementing teams.
• Provide data-driven support for assortment, marketing, and campaign decisions (e.g., newsletters, print mailings) through sound analyses and forecasts.
• Act as a sparring partner for marketing and CRM teams by providing data-driven decision-making bases – in close coordination with the operational teams.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within a CRM context.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in developing KPIs, data models, dashboards, and reports.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely.
• Experience in supporting marketing and campaign decisions through data analysis.
• A collaborative mindset, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
