Data Analyst

We are working with a leading government contractor providing advanced analytical expertise to critical programs and initiatives. This organization drives informed decision-making in support of government objectives, requiring deep expertise in data analysis, strong communication, and the ability to translate complex data findings into clear, meaningful information for diverse stakeholders.

The Role

• Serve as the primary technical authority for all data analysis activities, reporting directly to government stakeholders
• Provide expert guidance on data analysis methodologies, statistical techniques, and best practices
• Identify, acquire, and integrate data from multiple government and contractor sources, ensuring data quality and compliance
• Design and execute complex quantitative and qualitative analyses, applying advanced statistical methods and predictive modeling
• Develop clear, compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports for various audiences
• Propose and implement process improvements and innovative analytical approaches to enhance program capabilities

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
• 7-10 years of experience in data analysis or data science, with at least 3-5 years in a contractor support role directly interfacing with government customers
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in advanced statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data interpretation
• Proven ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• US Secret clearance (minimum)
