We're working with a B Corp accredited, award-winning global software distribution powerhouse on this exciting opportunity. This is a high-impact role where you will drive the development roadmap for a pan-European enterprise, leveraging AL, Power Platform, and D365 Sales to create a world-class digital ecosystem. The Role

• Lead the development and implementation of the Business Central ERP platform across multiple global entities, providing expert-level customizations and extensions using AL language (v20+).
• Architect and build bespoke solutions within the Power Platform to enhance D365 Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing Insights modules.
• Drive the technical roadmap as a key member of the global Change Advisory Board, collaborating with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into innovative software solutions.
• Manage complex API integrations using REST, SOAP, and JSON/XML to facilitate seamless data flow across the enterprise landscape.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), utilizing Jira, GitHub, and Azure DevOps for version control, issue tracking, and high-quality release management.

What You'll Need

• 8+ years of deep technical experience in a Business Central / Navision developer role, with mastery of AL programming and modern BC environments.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform development and extending D365 Customer Engagement (Sales/Service) functionalities.
• Strong technical background in API development, EDI, or B2B trading workflows and writing high-efficiency SQL queries for database management.
• Experience working in collaborative, fast-paced environments using Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD pipelines.
• A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality, documented technical solutions.
