AI Platform Engineer

The Role

• Lead the development of core platforms and services for intelligent networking and AI experiences.
• Process large volumes of network and operational data, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, reliable, observable, adaptable, and safe.
• Work at the forefront of agentic automation, cloud-native platforms, and real-time distributed systems.
• Continuously experiment with emerging technologies and launch state-of-the-art software, data, and AI solutions.
• Design systems that process high-volume, high-velocity data with stringent requirements for scalability, availability, latency, and operational reliability.
• Mentor engineers or serve as a technical lead, tackling complex technical problems to deliver production-ready solutions.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience across the complete software development lifecycle, including architecture, design, coding, testing, and operations.
• 8+ years of programming experience, proficient in Python, Java, Go, or C++.
• 5+ years of experience leading the design and architecture of large-scale distributed systems, preferably on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Expertise in real-time microservices, stream processing, distributed data platforms, cloud infrastructure, AI/agentic systems, or large-scale analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex, ambiguous technical problems into pragmatic, production-ready solutions.
