Senior User Experience Designer

Start: Jan 2026, Length of the project: 6 months with possible prolongation after.

The team is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, visually appealing designs that deliver exceptional user experiences and align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for core platform components, including cross-business unit solutions and marketing page revamps.
• Own the delivery of final prototypes and documentation across multiple phases, ensuring quality for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate on design strategy, drive alignment of design approaches across platforms, and contribute to key strategic decisions.
• Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate designs to improve user experience.
• Work closely with product owners, developers, and marketing teams to ensure design output meets project scope and business goals.
• Prepare detailed documentation and JIRA stories to support development.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, interaction design, or a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in React and strong understanding of application development principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to produce pixel-perfect, high-fidelity wireframes and design comps quickly and efficiently.
• Strong interaction design skills and a process-driven approach.
• Ability to simplify complex design challenges into intuitive solutions.
