Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with expert-level experience in Internal Development Platforms and DevSecOps. The candidate will be responsible for the design and implementation of a newly developed Internal Development Portal (IDP), enabling self-service access to development tools.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a working IDP application with complete design and implementation
• Lead software development and architecture activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and scalable delivery
• Apply Agile/Kanban methodologies and domain-driven design principles

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on software development experience
• Proven track record in software architecture and delivery
• Experience with development technologies: Java 21+, SpringBoot, Maven, Hibernate, OpenAPI v3, SQL
• Experience with testing tools: JUnit, TestContainers, Mockito
• Experience with platform and communication technologies: CodeNow, Apigee Gateway, Apache Kafka, PostgreSQL
• Experience with infrastructure: Kubernetes (OpenShift, GKE, AKS), firewall definitions
• Experience with DevOps and monitoring tools: GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Artifactory, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki
• Experience with collaboration and security tools: Jira, Confluence, GitHub, SAST tools
• Experience with methodologies: Agile/Kanban, domain-driven design
