Senior Software Engineer – GenAI Backend

B2B Contract: 1 January 2026 – 31 March 2026 (Extension Possible)

Location: Remote (Full Remote Possible)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our client's Data Innovation team and work on cutting-edge Generative AI (GenAI) solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for hosting and serving generative AI models, algorithms, and backend applications that power next-generation AI services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend systems for hosting and serving GenAI models.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists to deliver robust AI solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to GenAI model functionality and performance.
• Monitor and optimize the performance and availability of GenAI proxies.
• Implement secure, scalable, and efficient AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across multicultural teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python; knowledge of JavaScript (Node.js) is a plus.
• Experience with Python-based web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
• Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLM), Machine Learning algorithms, and neural networks.
• Hands-on experience with public cloud AI platforms (Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with prompting techniques and fine-tuning generative models.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot GenAI models and optimize performance.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work in diverse teams.
