The Company You’ll Be Joining

An innovative company developing advanced solutions for monitoring and preventing processes using artificial intelligence and machine learning. The company has recently been expanding and has secured significant funding to scale its infrastructure and technological capabilities.

Your New Role

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will join a small, specialised team focused on Machine Learning and Data Science. You will play an active role in defining ML features for the product, advising the Product Owner and the Head of Software Engineering. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering scalable, high-quality ML systems
  • Building ML models and supporting exploratory data analysis (EDA)
  • Participating in code reviews and defining quality standards
  • Contributing to the engineering roadmap and project proposals
  • Supporting client pilots and recruitment activities
  • Managing the backlog, acting as Scrum Master, and leading the MLDS team

What You Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience in AI-related roles (ML Engineer, Data Scientist, Data Engineer)
  • Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and Software Engineering
  • Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, LightGBM, XGBoost, Pandas, Dask
  • Experience with Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch)
  • Familiarity with data engineering tools (Pandas, PyArrow, Polars, SQL)
  • Ability to apply research outcomes to real-world data
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices applied to ML
