Is a chain of expanding fitness centres / studios which is now coming to the Czech market. The company is already operating some studios and has more in the process of opening. They are looking to open more in the upcoming months and years and for that need an experienced person to oversee the technical aspect of the openings.

Your new role

You will be responsible for the construction phase of the fit outs and consequent installation of the fitness equipment. Later, it will be your job to keep the operations well maintained and taken care of. Your further duties will involve facility management including energy savings and day-to-day technical management. The current studios are mainly in the Moravian region, however, the planned ones shall be all around the Czech Republic, therefore the position is open to applicants from all over Czechia. The job comes with frequent travellings so if you are interested, please be ready to spend time in your car quite a lot. The company is providing a company car for personal usage as well. It is a wonderful opportunity for a multi-tasking technical person who will love to prepare his/her studios and consequently look after them.

What you will need to succeed

You should be an experienced person that has track record in the area of operations, facility management and ideally demonstrate history in construction management of new units.

Your boss is Portuguese, so English comes as a must as it will be your communication language. The client also strongly prefers a candidate with a technical degree, whether this would be in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Construction.
