About the role

As an Org Effectiveness Manager, you will be a key player in managing and driving transformation and improvement projects with the Research & Development (R&D) Biopharmaceutical Clinical Operations function and across R&D.

Our client is currently looking for a new recruit in joining their team, please read on! You can also ask our friendly recruitment team any questions you may have about the role, between 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Shifts: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)

The must haves:

• Expertise in Programme/Project management.
• Proven experience in strategy development and implementation
• Strong experience in transformation type projects
• Experience in transformation/change to the R&D clinical development value chain.

• A day rate, in-scope IR35 up to £500-£500 per day Umbrella- outside IR35
