About the Role:
As Business Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing budget management, reporting, and project coordination across the internal marketing production function. You’ll bring structure, insight, and clarity to complex operations—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial & Operational Oversight
- Manage and monitor the team’s budget, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial targets.
- Collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Track performance and implement corrective actions where needed.
Reporting & Insights
- Create and analyse reports on project progress, team performance, and budget utilisation.
- Use Power BI and PowerPoint to deliver clear, data-driven presentations to leadership.
- Identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Project Management
- Coordinate multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Define project goals, success metrics, and collaborate with stakeholders across departments.
- Apply project management best practices to streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency.
Stakeholder Communication
- Present key findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in budget oversight and financial reporting, ideally within a marketing or production environment.
- Proficiency in Power BI and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
Preferred:
- Experience in a marketing or creative production environment.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) or financial management credentials.
