Position Summary
As our Brand Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Rebecca Campbell brand, including development and execution of marketing strategies, management of product launches, and oversight of the membership platform. The role encompasses comprehensive brand stewardship, project management of marketing initiatives, and maintenance of Rebecca Campbell's distinct brand identity across all channels and touchpoints.
Responsibilities and Expertise
- Act as the primary steward of the Rebecca Campbell brand, ensuring consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms and marketing materials
- Craft and execute promotional strategies for digital products, online courses, summits, and events, articulating project scope and objectives to cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with the Paid Ads Manager to shape messaging strategy for organic social and paid advertising campaigns
- Develop and implement evergreen marketing funnels to drive long-term business growth
- Lead all aspects of product launches, including strategy planning, timeline development, and coordination across departments
- Oversee and optimize the Rebecca Campbell membership platform experience in partnership with the Membership Manager
- Design and implement strategies to enhance member engagement and retention
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure membership platform functionality aligns with user needs
- Serve as a key liaison between departments (Marketing Ops, Web, Customer Care, Art) to align and communicate promotional initiatives
- Maintain brand documentation including key processes, protocols, and historical knowledge
- Foster a strong working relationship with Rebecca Campbell to ensure brand vision and standards are upheld
- Manage author relations, maintaining a steady flow of communication and coordinating author involvement in marketing initiatives
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions with leadership to generate marketing and brand growth opportunities
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
- Strong understanding of brand management principles
- Exceptional communication and copywriting skills
- Exceptional project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to craft integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance evaluation
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with project management and communication tools (Asana, Zoom, Box).
Education and/or Experience
- Theoretical knowledge typically achieved through a related four-year college experience, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent professional experience
- 5 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, and project leadership.
- Proven track record of launching digital products and managing marketing funnels.
