Job Description:
Havelock Wool is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead B2C and B2B marketing initiatives. This role involves both strategic planning and hands-on implementation, requiring a proactive individual who can grow our customer base and build strong brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Demand Generation:
- Develop and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns to reach homeowners, contractors, and other direct customers.
- Enhance customer journey touchpoints, focusing on lead generation, conversion, and retention.
- Analyze customer acquisition data and sales team feedback to optimize performance and achieve growth targets.
- Brand Development & Content Marketing:
- Maintain cohesive messaging across all channels, emphasizing Havelock’s unique sustainability story.
- Create compelling content (blogs, case studies, social media posts) that resonates with eco-conscious audiences and builds brand loyalty.
- Leverage social media, email marketing, and other digital content channels to grow brand awareness.
- Field Marketing:
- Work closely with distributors, contractors, and retail partners to expand Havelock Wool’s footprint in physical locations.
- Plan and execute on-site events, trade shows, and product demos to showcase Havelock’s offerings and educate potential partners and customers.
- Develop co-marketing initiatives with B2B partners, creating sales enablement materials that help them promote Havelock products effectively.
- Develop an association strategy to drive regional sales efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3-7 years of marketing experience, ideally across consumer and B2B businesses.
- Proven track record in demand generation, email marketing, and content development.
- Experience with B2B marketing and channel partnerships is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM platforms; Experience with Hubspot is a plus
- Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products.
