Senior Data Scientist – Marketing Analytics & Advanced Measurement (Global CoE)
Location: Perú Fully Remote.
CSA, the data consultancy within Havas Media Group, is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our Global Center of Excellence (CoE). This is a pivotal role focused on marketing analytics and advanced measurement—including methodologies like Marketing Mix Modeling, Attribution Models, and incrementality testing.
As part of our global team, you will support markets across all regions, collaborating with consultants, analysts, and product leads. You won’t be alone, our CoE operates as a highly collaborative unit, but you will serve as a technical owner for specific engagements, ensuring our modeling work is rigorous, scalable, and aligned with CSA standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical referent for marketing measurement projects across global markets, guiding implementation within established CSA frameworks.
- Translate business needs into robust analytical solutions in collaboration with consultants and product teams.
- Support the technical design, execution, and interpretation of models such as MMM, Advance digital Attribution models, and geo-lift tests.
- Contribute to model deployment and integration into CSA’s web-based platforms, in collaboration with product and data engineering teams.
- Ensure consistency and quality across deliverables, promoting repeatable and privacy-first methodologies.
- Represent CSA’s technical capabilities in internal conversations and client-facing discussions.
- Help maintain a knowledge-sharing culture across the CoE, and mentor junior team members when appropriate.
Requirements
- A strong technical background, ideally with experience in statistics, econometrics, marketing analytics, or media measurement.
- 3-5 years of experience working on analytics or measurement projects, with hands-on work in MMM, attribution, or experimentation.
- Proficiency in Python (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels); SQL is required.
- Familiarity with causal inference, time-series modeling, and regression analysis.
- Experience working with media, CRM, or e-commerce datasets.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working in distributed, remote, and cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with MMM libraries (e.g., Robyn, Meridian, LightweightMMM).
- Exposure to cloud environments (e.g., GCP, BigQuery).
- Understanding Martech ecosystem.
- Bayesian background.
