Role Description The Junior Graphic Designer will support the creative team in developing visual concepts and designs for multi-channel campaigns, including social media, digital ads, print materials, outdoor creatives, and basic motion or static storyboard layouts. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating layouts, adapting and resizing assets, preparing artwork for production, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials. The role involves collaborating with copywriters, senior designers, account managers, and other stakeholders to translate briefs into clear, engaging visuals. The Junior Graphic Designer will also assist in brainstorming sessions, maintaining design assets and files, and staying updated on current design trends and advertising best practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to translate concepts into clear, high-quality visual outputs.
• Skills in Logo Design and Branding, including creating or adapting visual identities across multiple platforms.
• Good sense of Typography, layout, and composition for both digital and print media.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent).
• Ability to follow brand guidelines, take feedback constructively, and work under deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work, preferably including campaign or advertising examples.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong attention to detail, openness to learning, and a collaborative mindset.
