Job Description
As a Senior Marketing Technology Architect, you will lead the strategy, innovation, and system design of our marketing technology ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to architect scalable, high-impact solutions that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to influence across multiple product areas, customer experience platforms, and operational systems. You’ll work with a modern martech stack that includes Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Java-based applications, Kafka, Informatica, Sprinklr, Hearsay Social, and LiveRamp.

Key Responsibilities
• Architect and design enterprise-scale marketing technology solutions using tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Sprinklr, and LiveRamp.
• Partner with engineering to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across customer engagement platforms.
• Integrate marketing systems with enterprise platforms using Kafka topics, Informatica, and custom Java applications.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance marketing capabilities and customer experience.
• Ensure architectural solutions align with enterprise standards and long-term platform strategy.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and oversight to architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Stay current with emerging martech trends, including AI-driven personalization, data privacy, and omnichannel engagement.
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners to assess and integrate cutting-edge solutions like Hearsay Social and LiveRamp for identity resolution and data onboarding.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience in software architecture or engineering, with a focus on complex, high-performance systems.
• Proven experience with marketing technology platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Sprinklr, and LiveRamp.
• Strong understanding of data integration and messaging technologies, such as Kafka and Informatica.
• Experience with Java-based applications and enterprise system design.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale initiatives and influence across organizational boundaries.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern development practices.

• Familiarity with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on marketing technology.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven marketing tools and personalization strategies.
• Knowledge of social engagement platforms like Hearsay Social and identity resolution tools like LiveRamp.
