We're looking for a versatile Design Generalist to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative individual who is strong in graphic design, comfortable editing video content, and has a working understanding of UI/UX principles. You'll be the go-to person for a wide range of visual and creative needs across the company — from marketing collateral to social media content to occasional product design support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing collateral including social media graphics, banners, brochures, presentations, and print materials
- Create and maintain brand assets, ensuring visual consistency across all channels
- Design graphics for campaigns, product launches, and internal communications
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, ads, and internal use
- Add motion graphics, transitions, text overlays, and basic sound design to videos
- Repurpose long-form content into shorter clips for various platforms
- Ensure video output is optimized for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Provide basic UI/UX support for internal tools, landing pages, or product mockups as needed
- Assist with wireframes or simple prototypes when required
- Collaborate with product/dev teams on ad-hoc design requests
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva
- Working knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
- Basic familiarity with UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD (nice to have)
- Strong sense of layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to take/give creative feedback
Preferred Skills
- Experience with motion graphics or basic animation
- Familiarity with brand guideline creation and enforcement
- Exposure to social media content strategy
