Staff Product Designer

We are seeking Staff Product Designer to join our client and help create innovative, user-centered product experiences. This role focuses on designing end-to-end solutions that enhance how people interact with enterprise software, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Job Title: Staff Product Designer

Job Duration: 8+ months

Job Location: Chicago, Illinois (Remote – US Only)

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design / UX / UI Design.
• Strong Figma expertise with experience in high-fidelity design and design systems.
• Proven portfolio showcasing end-to-end, user-centered design work.
• Experience working across the full product development lifecycle (web or software applications).
• Solid understanding of AI integration in design workflows or decision-making.
• Core Skills: Product Design, UX/UI Design, User-Centered Design, Figma, Design Systems, Prototyping, Wireframing, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Accessibility, Usability, Design Research, AI Integration, Enterprise Design, Remote Collaboration, etc.
• Exposure to frontend development or technical environments (Nice to Have).
• Experience with enterprise software or web application design (Nice to Have).
• Familiarity with Observability and IT Operations domains (Nice to Have).

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $64.80/hr on W2.
