We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to develop marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives. You’ll play a key role in developing integrated strategies, managing campaigns, and collaborating across teams to drive visibility, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cross-channel marketing strategies that align with business development and product management teams
- Manage brand consistency and content creation across web, social media, newsletters, and events
- Coordinate campaigns with internal teams and external agencies (digital, design, SEO/SEM)
- Lead market research to identify new opportunities and audience insights
- Experience with marketing budget management and allocation
- Support marketing analytics and provide data-driven input to guide decisions
- Handle practical aspects of marketing - conference logistics and CRM updates
Qualifications:
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally across multiple disciplines
- Experience in marketing for science-based or healthcare industries
- Strong strategic and execution skills across digital, social, email, and events
- Experience with tools and marketing platforms
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skill
