The Ask
We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and driven individual to join our team as a Marketing Content Strategist. If you are a tech-savvy professional with a love for planning and creating content we would love to meet you!
Your vital role will support Sales and Marketing to develop, plan, and manage an annual content calendar, ensuring all content drives engagement, supports business goals, and delivers high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities
- Define long-term corporate content goals and develop strategies that align with business objectives
- Create, maintain, and execute on a corporate marketing content calendar, including but not limited to, all corporate marketing efforts, business unit marketing, SDR campaign, and owned assets
- Develop and maintain corporate tone and brand voice, while staying within brand guidelines
- Develop content that showcases our business proposition, with our customers and their business challenges at the root
- Create net new content through an understanding of the economic drivers of our end-customers' businesses and operations and ability to speak their language.
- Edit, refine, and polish content that is to be posted on all owned channels
- Develop KPIs for owned content and utilize data and engagement strategies to analyze published content
- Experience with popular content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.) for creating, editing, and publishing content
- Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, keeping track of deadlines, resources, and deliverables
- Create cross-functional relationships throughout the business units and sales team
- Strong communication skills to interact with and present to internal stakeholders and leadership teams
- Success will be rooted in increased content engagement, an organized and cohesive content strategy, and development of content that drives brand engagement and awarenes.
What You Need
- Excellent writing and storytelling abilities, including grammar, tone, style, and voice tailored to the target audience
- Proven work experience in a content management role, in a client facing role a plus
- Experience with HubSpot, Responsive and other marketing technologies a plus
- Prior experience developing sales engagement sequences (e.g. Outreach, Sales Loft) and within ABM platforms
- Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration software (Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
- Collaborative attitude and drive to work within a growing organization
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing a plus
