Your Role

• Lead end-to-end development of new features
• Build and optimize high-performance, low-latency systems
• Enhance and maintain existing services while adding new functionality
• Diagnose and resolve real-time production issues
• Improve development and operations workflows
• Participate in architecture & design discussions
• Join an out-of-hours support rotation

What You’ll Bring

• Expertise in C# / .NET (or willingness to cross-train from Java)
• Strong background in Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Experience in high-performance, low-latency systems
• Industry experience in finance or other mission-critical sectors
• Deep understanding of data structures, concurrency, and garbage collection
• Ability to work independently & collaboratively
• UK right to work (no sponsorship available)
