UX Designer - Wellness Brand
£300 day Outside IR35 6 months Surrey / Central London (occasional on-site)

We're working with a fast-growing wellness brand on the lookout for a talented UX Designer to join their team on a freelance basis. With an exciting European launch just around the corner, this is a brilliant opportunity to make a real impact on acquisition and retention across their website.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting user research and usability testing to uncover insights and opportunities.

• Designing intuitive, engaging experiences that drive acquisition and customer loyalty.

• Collaborating with product, marketing, and development teams to deliver data-informed solutions.

• Iterating on designs based on feedback, analytics, and customer behaviour.

• Considering European markets in your design approach, ensuring accessibility and cultural relevance.

What we're looking for

• Strong background in UX design with proven experience in optimising websites for growth and retention.

• A research-driven mindset - you know how to turn insights into action.

• Confident working in an iterative, feedback-friendly environment.

• Experience designing for European markets

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders across teams.

The details

• Contract: 6 months, freelance

• Day rate: £300/day, Outside IR35

• Location: Remote with occasional visits to Surrey or Central London
