The Data and Analytics/ Engineering team plays a crucial role in driving informed decision-making and providing strategic consulting for the firm's portfolio companies.
- Location: Atlanta, GA
- Hybird if local to Atlanta or remote with occasional travel for interviews, design sessions, and events (costs covered)
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain third-party tools and web applications to support deal analysis and decision-making.
- Ingest data from various third-party sources into the system.
- Develop self-service models and applications to streamline processes.
- Collaborate on analytics pipelines, reporting, and trend analysis to make data accessible across the company.
Essential Requirements:
- 2-3 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong academic record from a reputable university.
- Proven track record of making a significant impact.
- Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in Flask and Dash preferred; Django is also acceptable. Familiarity with React is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms, with preference for Google Cloud Platform (GCP), though any cloud experience is considered.
- Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes; expertise is not required, but an understanding is essential.
Compensation:
- $120K - $145K, plus a 15-20% bonus.
