SENIOR DATA SCIENTIST – OMNI-CHANNEL ANALYTICS

REMOTE (CANADA-BASED)

C$100,000 – C$150,000 + 18% BONUS + BENEFITS

This role sits within a fast-growing analytics function that is shaping how the company communicates with patients and healthcare professionals – ensuring the right message reaches the right audience, through the right channel, at the right time.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Data Scientist, you’ll partner closely with brand and omnichannel teams to support decision-making through advanced analytics and modelling. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing predictive models such as next-best-action, response modelling, uplift, and segmentation
• Designing and analysing A/B tests and attribution frameworks to assess promotional effectiveness
• Wrangling large, complex datasets from multiple sources to build clean modelling datasets
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Media Agencies, and Data Engineering to ensure data quality, consistency, and insight delivery
• Generating insights to optimise campaign design and HCP targeting strategies

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Strong experience in data science and predictive modelling (classification, regression, uplift, etc.)
• Proven ability to work with messy data and derive clean, interpretable features (SQL and Python are essential; R is a bonus)
• A background in omnichannel marketing, media analytics, or digital healthcare preferred
• Experience with campaign measurement, media mix modelling, or HCP segmentation highly desirable
• MSc or PhD in a STEM, statistics, or data-related discipline
