We are hiring an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our expanding analytics team and lead high-impact data initiatives across multiple business functions. This role is ideal for someone who can work end-to-end across the data stack—partnering with stakeholders, analyzing complex data, and delivering insights that influence strategic direction.

You’ll play a key role as the organization invests in scalable data systems, enhances metric consistency, and deepens data-driven collaboration with key departments like Product, Marketing, and Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Analytics & Modeling
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze critical business challenges using statistical methods and machine learning (e.g., correlation analysis, customer lifetime value, lead scoring).
• Metric Consistency & Data Quality
• Support data governance efforts by standardizing metric definitions, resolving reporting inconsistencies, and improving data accuracy across tools and reports.
• Visualization & Reporting
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards that provide business leaders with actionable insights and self-service data access.
• Cross-Functional Partnership
• Serve as a dedicated data partner to functional teams. Translate their needs into clear analytical deliverables and help drive decisions with data.

Tech Stack

• Languages: SQL, Python
• Visualization: Tableau (or equivalent BI tool)
• Data Modeling & ELT: dbt, Hevo
• Model Orchestration: Metaflow (or comparable tools)

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a similar field
• Strong analytical thinker and effective communicator, able to bridge technical and business perspectives
• Proven ability to manage the full analytics lifecycle—from data prep through modeling and reporting
• Skilled at collaborating across departments and aligning data work to business goals
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, with sound judgment on method selection and business fit
• Background supporting functions like Product, Sales, Marketing, or Finance
• Comfortable in dynamic environments where priorities shift and visibility is high
