The Company:

A leading ad tech company that has been transforming ad auctioning and marketing services for over a decade. They are looking for a strong Senior Software Engineer to join their fast-growing ad team. The ideal candidate will have experience in backend engineering, particularly with Golang and PostgreSQL, and possess a background in ad tech.

The Role:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:

• Develop and maintain backend systems using Golang.
• Utilize PostgreSQL for database management and ensure optimal performance.
• Work closely with the ad tech team to build and enhance ad auctioning and marketing services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored ad tech solutions.
• Engage in code reviews, debugging, and optimization to maintain high-quality code standards.
• Contribute to the overall system architecture and technical strategy.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a backend engineer.
• Proficiency in Golang and PostgreSQL.
• Prior experience in the ad tech industry is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Experience working on multiple projects.
• Experience with real-time data processing

The Benefits:

• A base salary between $160,000 and $180,000, plus a performance-based bonus.
