Are you an experienced Data Science leader who’s passionate about building recommender systems that drive real-world impact?
This global pharmaceutical company is investing heavily in Omnichannel Analytics — and they’re looking for someone to lead the development of predictive models and recommendation engines that shape how healthcare professionals engage across every digital and personal channel.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions that inform Next Best Action and Next Best Engagement strategies at scale.
THE ROLE
As the Lead, Omnichannel Analytics, you’ll be at the forefront of data-driven marketing transformation, responsible for developing predictive and recommender models using rich omnichannel and media data. You’ll work closely with brand, marketing, data engineering, and analytics teams to deliver measurable impact through personalized customer experiences.
You will:
- Lead the design and implementation of recommender systems and predictive models (including marketing mix) to drive personalized engagement.
- Work directly with marketing and omnichannel teams to translate business goals into measurable analytics strategies.
- Integrate and analyze diverse data sources — media, web, promotional, and behavioral — to create unified customer views.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Be a thought leader on omnichannel analytics, continuously advancing the organization’s data science capabilities.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- MSc or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in analytics or data science, with proven success in building and deploying recommender systems.
- Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and modern ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel data (media, CRM, digital, web analytics, etc.).
- Experience with tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to turn complex analysis into strategic action.
- Pharmaceutical or life sciences experience a strong plus.
