A high-growth SaaS company is hiring their first dedicated AI Engineer to join their Innovation Team and embed GenAI across their platform. Their cloud-based software helps over 250,000 users manage supply chain risk, ESG compliance, and document verification. Reporting to the Lead Data Scientist, you'll work alongside a skilled ML and analytics team to design, prototype, and deploy LLM-based solutions that reason over complex documents. Your work will support automated verification and compliance checks across ESG and sustainability domains. You'll also contribute to shared Python libraries, CI/CD pipelines, and containerised FastAPI services on Azure Kubernetes.

What you'll bring:

• 3–4+ years in software/ML engineering with expert-level Python
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, and agentic reasoning workflows
• Strong grounding in CI/CD, testing, and observability
• Exposure to multimodal models, MLOps (e.g. MLflow), Streamlit/Dash
• Bonus: Azure, document reasoning systems, or French/Spanish
