The Role

As a Founding Engineer, you'll sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and growth. You’ll build fast, experiment often, and work hands-on to define the future of the platform. If you thrive in a high-velocity environment and love solving technical and product challenges with creative solutions, you’ll fit right in.

Qualifications

• CS degree (or equivalent) from a top university
• Proven ability to learn quickly, execute efficiently, and solve problems creatively.
• Strong AI proficiency—leveraging AI to enhance productivity and creativity.
• A track record of ambition, drive, and an obsessive desire to build exceptional products.
• Experience building consumer products—especially in social, gaming, or AI spaces.
• Background in growth hacking with a data-driven, experimentation mindset.
• Entrepreneurial experience—ex-founder or early-stage startup experience is a big plus.
• Previous experience at high-hustle companies such as Applied Intuition, Ramp, Duolingo, or similar fast-scaling startups.
